This is not the first time I have started a blog. But I am hoping I won’t need to do this all over again in the future. I am also hoping that I won’t resign myself to Twitter yet again – that was one of the reasons for giving up on my previous blog.

I think there is value in having this space, at a personal level specifically, that allows one to express themselves without knowing exactly who is reading. It is different from writing a letter or an email, and it is also different than writing a facebook post for your followers and possibly their followers.

I am slightly more confident of this attempt. I am old enough to not worry about many things, I also have some more willpower to make time. And I want do more ‘microblogging’ this time around – so my fosstodon feed and this blog will be my focus.
